Billing and Plans
Understand the Panacea plans, what each tier includes, and how to upgrade or manage your subscription.
Panacea uses a credit-based billing system (Panacea Credits — PCRD) with four plan tiers: Free, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise.

Credits (PCRD)
Credits are the unit of consumption in Panacea:

Your monthly credit allowance resets every 30 days. Unused monthly credits expire; purchased top-up credits never expire.
Top-up packs
If you run out of monthly credits you can buy top-up packs at any time:

Top-up credits are consumed before your monthly allowance.
Viewing your current plan
Go to Settings → Billing. Your current plan, credit balance, billing period, and next renewal date are shown at the top.
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Complete checkout — Panacea supports card payments (Paystack), bank transfer, and crypto (100Pay).
- Your plan and credit allowance are updated immediately.
Managing your subscription
From Settings → Billing you can:
- View credit ledger — full history of credit debits and top-ups.
- Buy top-up credits — purchase additional PCRD at any time.
- Cancel subscription — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
